In accordance with clause 11b of the Terms, we notify users of rotheme that changes have been made to several elements of the Terms. Continued use of the rotheme platform indicates acceptance of these terms.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rotheme website, browser extension, and related services ("rotheme", "we", "us"). By using rotheme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use rotheme.
“rotheme” - The website, browser extension, marketplace, payment tiers, and related services provided by us.
“Theme” - Any style, customization, or content created, uploaded, or shared through rotheme, by either rotheme or another user.
“Supporter Tier” - An optional paid subscription that provides additional perks, including but not limited to promotional placement for your theme(s) in marketplace listings or search results.
a.You must be at least 13 years old to use rotheme.
b.By using Roblox OAuth to log in, you authorize us to access your public Roblox profile information.
c.rotheme is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Roblox Corporation.
a.You are responsible for securing your session and device.
b.We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by insecure devices, browsers, or networks.
c.We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we detect misuse or violations of these Terms.
a.You retain ownership of the themes you create.
b.By making a theme public, you grant rotheme a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to host, distribute, promote, and adapt your theme for operation of the service.
c.Public themes are subject to moderation and may be removed, rejected, or altered for compliance with these Terms or applicable law.
d.We do not guarantee visibility, distribution, or approval of your content.
a.The Supporter Tier is billed at $1.45 per month (via Stripe). This price may increase in the future once rotheme exits beta.
b.Existing supporters will be “grandfathered” at their original rate for as long as their subscription remains active.
c.Benefits include increased promotional placement for your theme(s) but do not guarantee marketplace visibility, rankings, or outcomes.
d.Benefits may change or be discontinued at any time without liability.
e.Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
f.Stripe processes all payments. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices.

b.We may restrict or revoke your access if you violate this policy.
a.rotheme is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service without notice.
a.rotheme is independent of Roblox Corporation and not endorsed by them.
b.We are not responsible for any damages, lost data, or Roblox account actions resulting from use of rotheme.
c.To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months.
a.You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rotheme and its operators against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
a.You may stop using rotheme at any time.
b.We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
a.We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of rotheme after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
b.A notice will be posted at the top of this page if material changes are made to the Terms.
a.These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of rotheme is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
a.If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
b.These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and rotheme.
