These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rotheme website, extension, and related services ("rotheme", "we", "us"). By using rotheme, you agree to these Terms.

account and access

You may log in using your Roblox account via OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to access your public Roblox profile information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your session. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access caused by weak device or browser security.

acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use rotheme to violate Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards
• Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or abuse the rotheme extension or site
• Upload or share malicious or unauthorized theme content

We reserve the right to restrict access if abuse is detected.

theme sharing + ownership

You retain ownership of themes you create. By saving or sharing a theme via rotheme, you grant us a limited license to store and display it for your use.

If you choose to make a theme public, it will first be reviewed by rotheme for moderation purposes, and you grant rotheme an irrevocable license to use it for promotion or marketing. It may also feature on the theme marketplace.

availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of rotheme at any time without notice.

limitation of liability

rotheme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or Roblox account issues arising from your use of rotheme.

termination

You may stop using rotheme at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of rotheme after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
