1. Definitions

“rotheme” - The website, browser extension, marketplace, payment tiers, and related services provided by us.

“Theme” - Any style, customization, or content created, uploaded, or shared through rotheme, by either rotheme or another user.

2. Eligibility

a.You must be at least 13 years old to use rotheme.

b.By using Roblox OAuth to log in, you authorize us to access your public Roblox profile information.

c.rotheme is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Roblox Corporation.

3. Accounts and Access

a.You are responsible for securing your session and device.

b.We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by insecure devices, browsers, or networks.

c.We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we detect misuse or violations of these Terms.

4. User Content and Themes

a.You retain ownership of the themes you create.

b.By making a theme public, you grant rotheme a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to host, distribute, promote, and adapt your theme for operation of the service.

c.Themes are subject to moderation and may be removed, rejected, or altered for compliance with these Terms or applicable law.

d.We do not guarantee visibility, distribution, or approval of your content.

5. Acceptable Use

a.You agree not to:

• Use rotheme to violate Roblox’s Terms of Use or Community Standards.
• Exploit, reverse engineer, or abuse the rotheme extension, site, or payment systems.
• Upload malicious, infringing, or unauthorized content.
• Engage in harassment, spamming, impersonation, or scraping of the service.

b.We may restrict or revoke your access if you violate this policy.

6. Availability

a.rotheme is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service without notice.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

a.rotheme is independent of Roblox Corporation and not endorsed by them.

b.We are not responsible for any damages, lost data, or Roblox account actions resulting from use of rotheme.

c.To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months.

8. Indemnification

a.You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rotheme and its operators against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

a.You may stop using rotheme at any time.

b.We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
